Tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions listed here.

Our primary ticketing partner is Easol and if you have any issues with your tickets please contact info@escaperecords.co.uk

Tickets are non refundable and non-transferable. Please only purchase from our Official Ticket Partners and Official Brand Ambassadors and beware of unauthorised ticket agents including Ebay, Gumtree, Viagogo etc as well as scammers often offering to “transfer” their tickets for lower money to avoid disappointment. Fraudulent tickets will be cancelled on discovery and you will not be granted access to the festival.

Please note: Line up is subject to change. The Promoter has the right to change the lineup without offering refunds. You can view the full Terms & Conditions here.

Our dedicated VIP area for those and is the perfect way to experience In It Together. You will be given access to our exclusive VIP area which boasts a cocktail bar & upgraded toilets for VIP use only. A viewing garden and a chance to rub shoulders with some of the country’s most influential people.

You will need to purchase weekend camping tickets for your entire party as well as a motorhome pitch.

Unfortunately this is not permitted. All family members must arrive and enter the festival grounds together.

Yes, you can select additional children or additional adults to camp in your tent. However, please note all children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will not be allowed entry without a family ticket.

A family ticket includes children up to the age of 15. If you are bringing a 16-17 year old child, you must purchase this in addition to your family ticket.

DATE & OPENING TIMES

In It Together takes place on Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th May 2025. There will also be an exclusive campers party on Thursday 22nd May.

The campsites will be open for arrivals from 9am-7pm from Thursday (with an early access ticket), and 9am – 7pm on Friday and Saturday. All Motorhomes must be pitched by 7pm on Friday, please see below for more information on Motorhomes. After this point no further camping arrivals will be permitted.

The festival site will be open from 2pm on Thursday and 10am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The festival site will close at 11pm on Thursday, 2am on Friday, 2am on Saturday and 12am on Sunday.

Last entry to the campsites will be 7pm on Thursday and Friday.

For all day tickets and weekend festival entry only, gates open at 12pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and last entry to the festival arena is strictly 7pm. We recommend you arrive early to avoid the queues.

LOCATION

In It Together takes place at Old Park Farm, Water Street, Margam, Port Talbot SA13 2TG and is easily located by car, train or coach.

CAMPING

Yes, camping is a big part of the In It Together experience. As well as the usual amenities, the sites have camping convenience stores, a selection of breakfast food traders as well as access to showers, toilets and a dedicated BBQ area. You can also upgrade your camping experience by booking one of our Boutique Camping packages.

The campsite opens at 9am to 7pm on Friday 23rd May and Saturday 24th May. All campers must have vacated the festival grounds by 12pm on Monday 26th May.

Yes, there will be an early access add on you can purchase for Thursday entry to the campsite from 9am. The add on includes access to the exclusive campers party.


If you pay in full at time of purchase of First Release Weekend Camping tickets, you will receive Early Access and Thursday Campers Party for free. If you purchase using a payment plan, you will have to purchase the add on separately. 

General campsite pitches are allocated on a first come first served basis. However you can purchase a pre-pitched tent in the VIP campsite hosted by Pink Moon. Please visit Pink Moon Camping

We ask that all campers bring a tent size that is appropriate to your group size. Any excessive tent sizes may be asked to repitch.

Yes – we have teamed up with Pink Moon Camping to upgrade your camping experience with a wide selection of boutique tents and facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please visit Pink Moon Camping

Yes, there are showers in the campsite available for festival goers to use across the weekend. Please bring your own towel, shampoo and shower gel.

Yes, there will be a convenience store and a number of food and drink traders in the campsite for all your camping needs.

Campers are welcome to bring food to the campsites, although there will also be concessions here serving coffee and breakfasts each morning and throughout the day. A wide selection of food and drink will be available for purchase in the Main Arena, where festival-goers will not be permitted to bring their own items for consumption with the exception of baby food for the littlest ones.

For safety reasons, In It Together does not permit campfires or open gas fires in the campsite. There will however, be a designated bbq area alongside lots of delicious food stalls on site to ensure you’re well fed across the weekend. Any festival goer found starting a fire will be asked to leave the festival immediately.

Campers wishing to bring stoves should only bring purpose-built gas stoves with small gas bottles (2.2kg). No spare bottles are to be brought. These stoves can only be used for cooking in a designated area of the Campsite, and should not be used inside individual tents. No other LPG should be on site.

As much as we love dogs, things would get a little chaotic and a bit scary for them if your dog came along. Guide and assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.

Yes. Phone charging stations will be available at an additional cost in the festival arena at In It Together. You can prebook yours here.

No. Gazebos are not permitted in In It Together as we have limited camping space.

We ask that all festival goers help us minimise waste and participate in our recycling initiatives across the weekend ensuring rubbish is disposed of in the ample bins provided and the land is looked after during your stay.

The following list is prohibited from In It Together; Glass items, candles, gas canisters, flares, knives, illegal substances, drugs, ‘legal highs’, laser equipment/pens, megaphones, nitrous oxide, animals, fireworks, smoke canisters, poles, drones and any items which in the absolute discretion of the Promoter are considered to be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the Festival are prohibited. Everyone will be searched on entry and management reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items.

Yes you can – the allocated pitch size for motorhomes and caravans is 8m x 6m. Due to uneven ground in some areas, please take precautions to ensure that your vehicle is securely stationed. Please note for those with caravans and trailer tents, that towing vehicles can be parked next to caravans, providing they fit within the 8x6m pitch size. Otherwise, that towing vehicle must be removed from the Campsite and parked in the public car park. You must have parked by 7pm on Friday 24th May.

Please note you must purchase a Motorhome pitch in addition to the cost of your weekend camping tickets.

All motorhome pitches includes an electrical hook up, you will however need to bring your own cable to attach it to the electic hook up. Please be aware that no hookups are available for water within the campsite.

Sadly, we do not allow separate tents to be erected alongside your motorhomes. However, if you wish to erect an awning, this is possible. We kindly ask that you allow 2m of space between your own awning and your neighbours plot and that any awning fits within your 8m x 6m pitch size.

Please note, all awning is erected at the discretion of the campsite manager, and you may be asked to remove it if it deemed obstructive to the surrounding pitches.

In the general motorhome area, cars and motorhome will be parked in a designated area and cannot be parked alongside tents.

For health and safety reasons, we do not permit campers to leave and reenter the site with a camping ticket.


FOOD & DRINK

In It Together has a wide variety of food and drink facilities available with various cuisines on offer, there’s something for everyone at this summer’s event. A full list of our food trader vendors will be published on our website soon.

There are several standpipes that contain free, clean drinking water in the campsites and main arena. Please bring a container that you can refill during the weekend. Bottled water will also be available to purchase at the catering units and bars throughout the site. Please identify yourself with these points and ensure you stay hydrated across the weekend.

We have a wide selection of beer, cider, wine and cocktails available across the main arena for you to enjoy during the weekend.

If you are camping you are permitted to bring in your own alcohol. When unloading your camping equipment from your car, you are only permitted to bring alcohol in on the FIRST trip, all other attempts to bring in alcohol will not be allowed. Please see below on what you can and can’t bring and thank you for your understanding:

You can bring the following into the campsite PER PERSON:

EITHER 10 x cans of beer or lager or ciderOR 10 premixed spirit cans (max 250ml)OR 1 bottle of wine decanted into a plastic bottlePlease note

• Strictly no spirits or hard liquor are permitted• No glass is permitted on site• Searches will be undertaken upon entry to ensure this is complied with• Any alcohol above this allocation will be confiscated• This alcohol may only be consumed within the campsite• Sealed bottles of water and soft drinks are allowed, but will be checked on entry to the campsite.

• There will be no limit on soft drinks• In It Together only allows you to go back to your car between 9am-11am. But please note alcohol must be brought in on your first trip. Please expect to be searched when returning. You are not allowed to leave site at any point once parked if you are camping.• A wide selection of beer, wine and cocktails will be available in the main arena across the weekend

No. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol or food into the main arena at the festival, this is to only be consumed within the campsite. Bins will be provided at the gates to dispose of any items before entering the main arena.

Yes. There will be vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available on site, but if you have any other very particular food requirements we do recommend you come prepared.

The campsite food stalls will be open from 7AM. There will be a wide range of teas, coffees, smoothies and delicious food to start your day the right way!

PARKING

Yes, we have parking on site. Passes are available at a cost of £25 per vehicle. Please be aware parking will be allocated on a first come first served basis so we recommend booking in advance.

The car park will be open from 9am until 7pm on each day. Campers must have left site by midday on Monday 26th May.

There will be two car parks, one for weekend camping and one for day visitors. All those with non weekend camping will park with the day ticket parking. Please note you will need to purchase a parking ticket.

In it together only allows you to go back to your car between 9am-11am. But please note, alcohol can only be brought in on your first trip. Please expect to be searched when returning.

The car park is a 10-15 minute walk to the campsites

Family

Yes we have a dedicated family field, tic tac toe which provides a daily programme of incredible family activities.

Yes – we have over 100 free family activities including a climbing wall, science workshops, circus fun and the incredible junior jungle!

Yes, we have a designated family campsite which is conveniently located within a 10-15minute walk from the car park ands close to amenities.

A family ticket includes entry for two adults and two children up to the age of 15, as well as access to the family campsite. Additional children ages 16-17 require an additional child ticket and must be accompanied by an parent or guardian.

Yes, you can bring the grandparents for free when purchasing a family ticket. Applications close on the 30th June 2024, you can apply here.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

In It Together is open for all ages. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Any adult is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of any Infant and/or Child and/or Teenager in their party. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.

A Challenge 25 policy will be in place on all bars and may be asked to provide evidence of your age with valid photographic ID (Driving License or Passport.)

ACCESSIBILITY

We are currently reviewing our accessibility offering for 2025. The accessibility request form will be available from the 1st November.

We provide a carer ticket for individuals who would be unable to attend our events without bringing a personal assistant. Please note, applications open 1st November.

There will be a number of accessible toilets located on the festival site and within the campsite.
